We offer free kerb-side delivery on orders of £250 and above.
We offer the same kerb-side delivery service on orders under £250 at a cost of £50, which is payable when placing your order.
We aim to deliver one to two working days (at least 24 hours) after your order has been placed, but should there be a delay, you will be contacted with an alternative delivery date.
Terms and Conditions
All deliveries are kerbside and do not include the transportation of items into any premises. It is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible for larger vehicles, but should this be an issue, we would be obliged if you could advise us of this when placing your order.
Upon receipt of your order, items should be checked for any visual damage or missing items, which should be noted on the courier’s paperwork. Your order should be authorised by either yourself or a representative from inside of the premises to which the order is delivered. You should ensure that boards are acclimatised before installation, as, unfortunately, Floorstyle cannot be held liable for any subsequent losses.
Should you be unavailable to receive your order as pre-arranged, or the order refused, you will be liable for £50 delivery charge, plus an additional goods returned charge of £50. The same delivery charge applies should your order be cancelled within 24 hours of your delivery. Should an alternative be required after an unsuccessful delivery, you will be charged an additional £50.

Please be aware that customers living outside of Mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for next day delivery.
